Below is some information on how it works:

Should your decide within 14 days (of delivery date) that you do not like the product, your entitled to send it back for a refund or exchange!

When you return you will be eligible for:

1. An exchange (of equal value to your original order) or

2. A refund on the order (less shipping cost). 

To be eligible for the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Item must be in brand new condition, have the original packaging, and must not be damaged.
2. Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
3. Return shipping is the customer responsibility.
4. Shipping cost is not refundable.
5. Moissanite rings are not eligible for returns.
6. Refund and returns cannot be initiated if the package is still in transit.
7. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and cannot refund these orders.
8. Return must be approved by customer support (do not send back to the address on your package).
